ARTIST STATEMENT

DONT SLIP transforms a familiar cautionary visual into a reflection on the uncertainty of everyday life. Borrowing the visual language of warning signs and public spaces, the work blurs the line between literal and metaphorical danger. While the phrase suggests a physical misstep, it also speaks to the emotional, personal, and psychological moments when we struggle to keep our footing.
