All sales are final, no refunds. No returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me using the contact form on the website. You must contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

Allow 3-5 processing days for non-custom orders listed as 1 of 1. All other orders, including custom orders, will take up to 6 weeks to complete. All items on this site are hand made to order. Full payment is required before project is started, unless otherwise negotiated.
